Quality Guarantee Policy

All nail polish applications may last from 1 to 14 days (sometimes longer) depending on the type of polish as well as several factors specific to the client including client lifestyle (swimming, doing dishes by hand, using your hands/nails regularly, etc) and the overall health of the client’s nails. In addition, there may also be additional complications in the application process, chemistry of the product, and other factors that may cause it to break down (peeling, lifting, fading, wrinkling, etc).

Given the above, we at Yellow Door Studio have the following Quality Guarantee policy.

REGULAR Polish
Regrettably we cannot guarantee the longevity of ANY regular polish product once your appointment has been completed due to the varying factors explained above.

SHELLAC Polish and GEL Nail Enhancement
We provide a 3-day (no questions asked) guarantee period, in which if you experience any of these issues, we will provide a repair service FREE of charge. In order to receive this service, you must contact us within 3 days of the initial appointment, and be able to come for a nail fix or a full redo within 1 week of the initial appointment.
